About Us
AAA Best Driver Training was established in the year 2001 by its owner Riaz Ahmed after working in the industry for many years. The school has been serving customers in Peterborough, Lindsay and the surrounding areas ever since. In the section below you can see all of our Driving Instructor profiles who help us being a successful driving school!

AAA has exclusive partnerships with Kawartha Pineridge District School Board where we teach the MTO approved BDE course in class to highschoolers in the region. Trent University offers financial aid to to its students who qualify and are eligible to sign up for our BDE program & Lakefield College School as its beginner driver education course provider. Due to outstanding service to its customers AAA has been designated as the top ranked driving school in Peterborough by multiple independent organizations such as Three Best Rated & Consumer's Choice Awards.
Meet the Team
Ibrar Butt
Serves Peterborough, Lakefield & Lindsay ON
Ibrar Butt is a graduate of bachelors of commerce and has recently completed the driving instructor course. He spent many years as a bank manager. He is eager to start teaching students and meet new people every day. He loves to play cricket.
Mudassir Baig
Serves Peterborough, Lakefield & Lindsay
Mudassir Baig is a graduate of the Professional Driver Instructors of Ontario. In his past career he has worked as a business analyst for Honda Canada. Mudassir completed his post secondary education from George Brown College in Toronto graduating from the Business Administration program specializing in Marketing.
Farhan Ahmed
Serves Peterborough, Lakefield & Lindsay
Farhan Ahmed joined AAA Best Driver Training in the summer of 2021 as a driving instructor. He is a graduate of Trent University in English & indigenous studies, Farhan is also a graduate of Fleming College as an Educational Assistant.

Farhan enjoys travelling and has driven across the Great white North.
Anthony
Serves Marmora, Madoc, Stirling, Havelock, Campbellford and Surrounding Areas
Tony Post is a graduate of the Professional Driver Instructors of Ontario and joined AAA Best Driving in the Fall of 2021. His past work history includes over 20 years in the hospitality industry, and sales. Tony also volunteered for over 15 years with youth of all ages. Tony also enjoys working with wood in his spare time, and spending time with his grandchildren.
Andrea
Serves Peterborough, Lakefield & Lindsay
Andrea joined AAA in the fall of 2022. She previously worked as an examiner at the drive test centre for 10+ years. She enjoys working with people and loves her grand children!
